VAF 2022 Annual Meeting 

General Registration Information

$425 Full Registration, all events (Border Tour has a $25 upcharge or $450 total registration)

$225 Student Registration, all events 

Please review the VAF Covid Policy for San Antonio 2022 before registering.

All Events Include:

Wednesday: Opening Reception and Keynote at the Southwestern School of Arts (4:30-7:30 pm)

Thursday: Choice of one Bus Field Tour with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Friday: Walking Field Tours, transportation provided to central location and mission tours.

Saturday: Paper Sessions, including coffee and snacks. Closing Banquet Saturday night will be NIOSITA at LaVillitta.

In recent years, regular full registration has been closed after early registration due to tours being filled and participants have had to register al a carte.

Note – your registration and tour selections are not finalized until payment is received.

Refund Policy 

Registration cancellations received before April 1, 2022, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations received from April 1 to April 15, 2022, will be refunded 50 percent.

There will be no refunds after April 16, 2022.
