Full registration includes:

Thursday: Choice of one bus tour with breakfast sandwich and coffee at the Marcus Whitman Hotel, boxed lunch, afternoon water and snacks, and a reception with hors d'oeuvres and a drink for the keynote at the Gesa Power House Theatre

Friday: Atomic Space bus tour (Full or Half Day) with breakfast sandwich and coffee at the Marcus Whitman Hotel, boxed lunch, and afternoon water and snacks.

Saturday: Paper sessions including coffee/tea and snacks. Annual meeting and closing banquet Saturday night.

Printed guidebooks, conference swag, and a PDF of the guidebooks to download to your tablet, phone, or computer.

Note – your registration and tour selections are not finalized until payment is received. Conference registration requires membership. 

Refund Policy 

  • Registration cancellations received before March 31, 2026, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received from April 1, 2026 to April 24, 2026, will be refunded 50 percent.
  • There will be no refunds after April 25, 2026.
