2020 Virtual Conference Although we are
postponing our full 2020 conference, one component of our usual meeting will go
forward in a new format. The paper and poster sessions scheduled for Saturday, 9 May will be presented as a Zoom meeting, hosted by
Brent Fortenberry and his colleagues at Texas A & M University. The conference will include most of the papers and posters selected for the San Antonio Conference. Some paper sessions have been reorganized, and the schedule has been adjusted to accommodate multiple continental US time zones. There will be three blocks of paper sessions, each session including three or four 20-minute papers, as well as an hour for questions to poster presenters. The conference will run from 10 am to about 5 pm Central Daylight Time. Click Here for the schedule at a glance or here for schedule with proposals. Sessions will be conducted live at the times indicated on the schedule. Presentations will not be available after the conference. Registration is now closed. Thank you to everyone who registered. |
