Potomac 2018 Registration

$425 Full Registration, all events including: ($475 after April 1) (Non-members will first pay $60 membership fee)

• Potomac Riverboat Reception to Keynote Address at Mount Vernon on Wednesday evening

• Choice of one Maryland Tour and all meals on Thursday.  A this point Tours are full and your registration places you on a waiting list.

• Two Walking Tours in Alexandria and a reception at Lloyd House on Friday

• Paper Sessions on Saturday, as well as breakfast and the banquet

• (Cost does not include Saturday box lunch, optional for $25)

$225 Student Registration (same as above) ($250 Student rate after April 1) (Student non-members will first pay $30 fee)

Wednesday, May 2nd

$100 ($125 after 4/1) Opening Event at Mount Vernon with Potomac River cruise

Thursday, May 3rd – Maryland Bus Tours

$150 Bus Tour + all meals ($190 after 4/1) (continental breakfast at hotel, lunch and dinner on tours)

Both Tours are full. Registration will place you on a waiting list.

Friday, May 4th –Old Town Alexandria Walking Tours and Reception at Lloyd House

$75 ($95 after 4/1)

Saturday, May 5th - Paper Sessions, Book Exhibits, and Banquet
(continental breakfast and coffee break included)

$150 ($175 after 4/1)

$25 Optional Box Lunch (Smoked Turkey Breast or Ratatouille Sandwich)

One additional banquet guest only for $100 (for additional guests contact Michelle Jones)

PLEASE NOTE: your registration and tour selections are not finalized until payment is received and if necessary a first come/first serve waiting list will be started once a tour is filled, but those will automatically moved to the other tour if space does not become available.

Refund Policy

Registration cancellations received before April 1, 2018, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations received from April 1 to April 15, 2018, will be refunded 50 percent.

There will be no refunds after April 15, 2018.
