To all Keller members,
The golf season is upon us, a few courses and some driving ranges are open. So, I wanted to give you a quick update.
Annual membership renewal:
We are wrapping up the annual renewal and expect 10+ new members to join us this year.
Golf Course:
With the retirement of Paul Diegnau, Keller has a new golf course superintendent, Dan Ament.
There is no date set for opening Keller for play. Brett Wenzel from the maintenance staff and men’s club member, has contacted our greens committee chairman (Gregg Paulus) and he is looking for some help to get the course ready. We will hold a cleanup day on Saturday, March 29th, starting at 9am. Meet at the pro shop with your rake and bring boots in case the course is wet. Brett wants us to rake things into piles/lines to make it easier for him to pick up.
Spring Banquet/Meeting – Friday April 18th, held at Keller.
We know this is Good Friday. We reviewed some other options, but this date was the best option available to us. We will have a fish option for dinner. Watch for the signup in early April.
Competition Committee:
Watch for an email before the meeting on the changes that were proposed and approved by the Board of Directors. We will review these changes at the spring banquet.
