The Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel is close to campus and less than half a mile from the conference sites on the Penn campus. It is 5 blocks from the Homewood Suites where registration will occur.

Philadelphia is located 10 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport. In addition, it is served by Amtrak, and for VAFs many east-coast members, it is easily accessible by automobile.
Air
Uber from Philadelphia International Airport ranges between $15-20.
Taxis from Philadelphia International Airport will cost about $25.00.
It is also an option to take a 16 minute Septa train from the airport to the University of Pennsylvania. Take the Purple Airport Line to the University City stop. You can then walk 10 minutes up Spruce Street to campus or get a taxi/uber. See SEPTA section below for details.
AMTRAK
Amtrak’s 30th Street Station is located at 30th and Market Streets. It is an easy walk to Penn’s campus if you are traveling lightly.
Travelers can also ride Septa’s Trolley service from 30th Street Station. Exit the Amtrak station and go into the SEPTA portal at 30th and Market. Travel to Penn’s campus, getting off at either the 36th or 37th street stops.
Uber from the Amtrak station ranges between $6-8.
Taxis from the Amtrak station are about $10.
SEPTA
Trolley and Train Service are available from the airport and train station to downtown and Penn’s campus. Use http://www.septa.org/ for exact route and fare information. A one-day Septa pass is provided as part of Friday's Center City Self-Guided Tours.
