The conference is headquartered at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Downtown Wilmington - Legal District, Wednesday-Friday, May 14-17, with Wednesday evening and all Thursday and Friday tours departing from the hotel.  Paper sessions and closing banquet and membership meetings will be held at the hotel as well.

The conference will officially begin on Wednesday, May 14, with an opening reception and keynote speaker at Rockwood.

Full and Early Registration will be open on February 1, 2025 and will close on March 31. 

Ala Carte and Late Registration will be from April 1-April 14, 2025.
